Person-centred support with nurse-led governance — at home and in the community

Inclusive Care Options provides tailored support for adults aged 18 to 65 with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Our main service areas are Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and Barnet; other areas may be considered case by case. Our focus is always on the person — their safety, dignity, independence and quality of life.

🧠 Learning Disability Support

Person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities to live safely and confidently at home. We focus on daily routines, communication, community access, and building independence — with care shaped around what matters to the individual.

🧩 Autism Support

Autism-informed support built around the individual's strengths, preferences, and sensory needs. We provide calm, predictable routines and help build confidence at home and in the community.

🩺 Complex Care & Delegated Healthcare Support

For adults with complex physical or healthcare needs, trained and competency-assessed care workers follow person-specific care plans. Where healthcare tasks are involved, support is provided with appropriate delegation, professional instructions and nurse-led governance.

🛁 Personal Care & Daily Living

Support with washing, dressing, meals, and daily routines — delivered with respect and consistency. We protect privacy and dignity while helping people stay comfortable and in control.

🫶   Emotional & Behavioural Support

We use evidence-based, least restrictive approaches to reduce distress and support emotional wellbeing. Our team focuses on understanding triggers, consistent strategies, and creating calmer, more predictable days.

👥  Social & Community Engagement

Support to stay connected — whether that's attending groups, enjoying hobbies, or trying new experiences. We help reduce isolation and promote inclusion at a pace that feels right.

🔑 Independence & Skills Development

Practical support to build life skills like cooking, budgeting, personal safety, and daily routines. Our goal is lasting progress and greater independence over time.

🌙 Respite Care

Planned short breaks so families can rest, knowing their loved one is safe and supported. We maintain familiar routines and communicate clearly throughout.
