Explore Our Care

We offer specialist, nurse-led support tailored to individual needs. Explore our four areas of care to find the right fit for you or your loved one.

OUR SPECIALISM

This is what we do best. Our team is built around specialist knowledge in learning disabilities, autism and positive behavioural support. Every member of staff is trained to look beyond the behaviour and focus on the person — understanding triggers, building trust and creating environments where people feel safe and supported. It’s not an add-on to what we do. It’s the foundation.

Learning Disabilities →

Tailored support that empowers people with learning disabilities to live full, meaningful lives. We focus on building independence, developing skills and creating opportunities — always led by what matters most specific to each individual.

Autism Services →

We understand that the world can feel overwhelming. Our autism support is built around sensory needs, communication preferences and familiar routines — delivered by a consistent team who take the time to understand each person.

Positive Behavioural Support

Our PBS-trained team works proactively to understand the reasons behind behaviour, reduce the need for restrictive practices and improve quality of life. Every approach is person-centred, evidence-based and built around the individual.

HOME-BASED CARE

Home is where your loved one feels safest — and that’s exactly where we believe great care should happen. Our home-based services are designed to keep people comfortable, independent and supported in their own surroundings, with the reassurance that a nurse-led team is always behind the care being delivered.

Nursing Care

Clinical care delivered in the comfort of home by registered nurses. From medication management and wound care to PEG feeding and catheter care, we bring the expertise to you.

Home Care

Everyday support that makes a real difference — from help around the house to companionship and meal preparation. We work around your loved one’s routine, not the other way around.

Personal Care →

Sensitive, dignified support with the personal things that matter — bathing, dressing, continence care and grooming. Delivered by trained carers who take the time to build trust.

Complex Care →

For individuals with multiple or high-level health needs, our complex care packages bring together nursing skill, specialist training and consistent staffing to deliver safe, person-centred support at home.

SHORT BREAKS AND DAY SERVICES

Respite Care →

Planned or emergency cover that gives family carers time to rest, recharge or simply take care of themselves — knowing their loved one is being looked after by a team they can trust.

Day Centre →

A welcoming, structured environment where individuals can socialise, take part in activities and build confidence outside the home. It’s time well spent — for them and for you.
