Our Journey
Inclusive Care Options was founded by Ryan Spears, a Registered Nurse with experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs. He created the service to provide consistent, person-centred support that combines skilled care work with clear clinical governance, safeguarding and accountability.
About Inclusive Care Options
At Inclusive Care Options, we believe everyone deserves support that understands them.
We work with adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to promote dignity, safety, communication, choice and independence. Our approach looks beyond behaviour to understand what a person may be communicating and what support will help.
Care plans are developed with the person and relevant professionals. Nurse-led governance supports safe planning, staff competency and appropriate escalation where healthcare needs are involved.

Everything we do is guided by competence, compassion, and commitment
