The demands of care work can be challenging. If you are feeling under pressure, please speak to your line manager early so we can support you.
Help is also available through our Employee Assistance Programme.
Peer Support
We encourage staff to lean on colleagues, line managers, and supervision sessions for support.
An open and respectful culture is at the heart of how we work.
Additional Wellbeing Measures
The organisation may also support staff wellbeing through:
-
regular supervision and wellbeing discussions

informal check-ins by managers

Management Responsibility
Managers are responsible for fostering a supportive working environment, monitoring staff wellbeing where concerns are identified, and signposting employees to appropriate internal or external sources of support.
