For adults aged 18 to 65 inclusive, families exploring support, and social workers, discharge teams, commissioners, case managers, GPs and advocates. Our core service areas are Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and Barnet, with other areas considered case by case. We acknowledge every enquiry within one day and will tell you clearly whether we may be able to meet the person’s needs. Our office hours are 09:00–18:00, Monday to Sunday.
