Bespoke Horizons Day Centre
Bespoke Horizons is a day centre operated by Inclusive Care Options for adults aged 18 to 65 with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs. The centre is open and can support up to 20 people, subject to individual assessment, staffing and availability. Activities are planned around each person’s communication, interests, goals and support needs.

What an example day may look like

Times and activities vary according to each person’s agreed programme. An example day may include arrival and settling, life-skills activities, lunch and social time, creative or recreational activities, music and movement, and preparation for departure.

Call or email to discuss the person’s needs, preferred days and current availability. We will explain the assessment process and answer questions before any arrangements are made.
Assessment
Our manager will conduct a comprehensive needs assessment, leveraging their expertise in Positive Behaviour Support and Complex Care to tailor our environment and activities to their needs.
Taster Day
We will invite you to the centre to meet the team and experience a taster session to see what a day is like.
Agreeing the Start
Once the assessment, funding and support arrangements are agreed, the person can start attending under an individual plan.
