Raise a Concern

Use this section if you have a concern about practice, conduct, or culture within the organisation — including concerns about a colleague, a manager, or the way the service is being run.

Your rights

Whistleblowing is protected by law under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998. You have the right to raise concerns without fear of dismissal, demotion, or any form of detriment. If you feel you have been treated unfairly as a result of raising a concern, you may be entitled to make a claim to an Employment Tribunal.
